Beautiful condo, beautiful location. The view is amazing! Condo had everything in it that we needed. It was a nice touch to have beach chairs and coolers available to use. Water pressure in master bath seemed a little low but everything else in condo was so nice that it didn't seem to matter. Didn't have the need to contact manager for anything but you can clearly see that this condo is taken well care of. We will definitely be back to Kauai and this will be the first condo I check for availability as we want to stay in it again.

Amazing ocean views! Condo is perched on a bluff overlooking the coastline where we saw turtles swimming in the beautiful turquoise water close to shore. Waves spraying up the volcanic rocks below! There is a path down to the water. Beautiful updated condo!! Very well equipped!! Would return again!

Breath taking is all we can say about the sights and sounds of this property, with whale watching off the deck or a great hike down to a huge cave only steps from the building. The home is clean, well furnished and supplied and the pool is great for those days when it’s a little too wet at the beach. Jeff and Shana were awesome with quick responses leading up to trip, and we didn’t need them for anything during as everything well explained in the unit instructions or otherwise working to perfection inside. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ‘S for us!!!

The view is fantastic, rain or shine. The unit is spacious, with excellent appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated. The bed was very comfortable, with a wake up view that was spectacular everyday. I had a couple of inquiries on procedures when we first got there, and Shanna and Jeff responded immediately and resolved the issues easily. They are very cordial hosts. We appreciate the care and cleanliness they give this property. We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are spectacular together with the relaxing sound of the waves really makes this place extra special. We were glad to see the beach chairs, boogie boards and ice chest both large and small to accommodate us at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo, including the cleanliness, available amenities, pounding waves outside. The entire property is well maintained, and easy to negotiate. The kitchen was well appointed, rooms and bathrooms clean, available beach chairs and coolers. Come visit!!! Only recommendation is: an extra bar of soap for shower please.

The condo is well equipped, very clean and beautifully furnished. Our family enjoyed their stay, and I would definitely reserve the condo again for our next visit to Kauai.

Full disclosure I own the condo. We just got back from our annual two week trip with my family. First time we got to see the new remodel and everything turned out great. I really enjoy seeing the comments from guest who have stayed here and just couldn't help myself to add some of my own comments. It is very important to me and our family that our guest have a great time and enjoy the place as much as we do. Shanna and Jeff do such a good job managing our unit, everything is always in great shape. We do our best to keep the unit up to the standards we prefer when we do a vacation rental. We so enjoy the top corner floor and endless views of the ocean. Thank you for all the positive comments and hope future guest enjoy being there as much as we do.

could not have asked for a better place to stay. owners we very helpful when we needed some guidance.the condo also has mountain views from the back windows. so it is actually nicer than the pictures represent.it is also very spacious with wrap around balcony. we loved it.

The view from our lanai and all rooms far surpassed our expectations. One could spend hours on the lanai taking in the beauty of it all. This place had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay, and then some. New kitchen well stocked with appliances and kitchenware to prepare most of our meals. Wonderful to have all the beach necessities as well - beach chairs, big towels, cooler, etc. The condo very clean, and the complex very private and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay in Princeville. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The views are spectacular. My husband and I slept with the windows open so that we could listen to the sound of the waves as they crashed on the rocks below us. The location was wonderful. Princeville is a beautiful part of the island. We were about a 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and about 10-20 minutes from beaches and hiking. We definitely recommend staying in this beautiful condo.

This condo has everything you need, plenty of space, and amazing ocean views. The newly renovated kitchen and master bath are lovely and the kitchen is fully equipped for those of us who want to be able to cook on vacation. The views from the balcony are even more beautiful than the pictures and we found the complex to be very quiet and peaceful as a whole. We had a minor maintenance issue and Jeff and Shana were immediately responsive. Great to have laundry in the unit, as well as coolers, beach gear, and towels. We would come back and stay again without question.

Such a nice condo. The view was amazing! So clean and well cared for. Loved the attention to detail. Kitchen equipment was very extensive. I love to cook and it was really nice to find the pots, pans and implements needed to prepare meals. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Debi & Jim Keys

Corner unit of a three floor low-rise condo building this unit has incredible views from every room! It was perfectly clean when we first arrived, the trade winds kept the condo nice and cool all day and night. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise, or watching the waves crash into the cliffs below. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms great, the snorkle gear, chairs, towels and cooler were an added bonus. My only regret is that we ended up staying in the east of the island for the remainder of our time. If you're looking for great access to the north shore, and a quiet escape this is a perfect pick.

Wow! This condo has the most amazing views I've ever seen! Wish we could have stayed longer. I could have spent my entire time sitting and looking out at the views. We'll be back and this is where we will stay if it is available.
