We loved loved loved this house. It was the perfect location for our relaxing vacation. There was more than enough room for our family of 12 and was stocked with everything we could have ever needed. Many hikes and adventures nearby and the view of queen's bath was amazing. We can't wait to come back again with our family.

We had a wonderful time at the Queens Bath Lookout. The view was absolutely unbelievable!! It was the very best thing about the property. Could not have been better. The house was fine, with plenty of room for the 9 of us [three of them being young children].They loved the pool and hot tub. The house needs some updating especially the kitchen. It has been well loved. We have no regrets about our choice.

This place is absolutely wonderful - beautiful, huge, spacious house with an unbeatable view of the ocean and a pool to relax in. Great for a multi-family vacation with little ones. We will definitely be back.

The view, the pool and hot tub, the quiet location, comfortable beds, more than fully equipped kitchen, spaciousness of living spaces (indoors and out) and privacy of sleeping spaces— are all magnificent. The owners have anticipated and fulfilled every possible need, from kitchenware to beach towels. The pictures do not begin to show how wonderful this home is. We would love to stay here again!

Great view. House is a little different. Upstairs bedrooms are located such that they do not have privacy. Main floor is not good for anyone with mobility issues...many different steps. Very nice neighborhood and private. Only noticed one neighbor on one day out of ten. House would work well for family as kids room would be connected to parents room. Nice furnishings and very well equipped for meals. Outdoor space is very nice and comfortable.

First the great: the view was spectacular. The views of the ocean and Queen's Bath below were wonderful. The newer house next door mostly blocks what used to be a beautiful view of the mountains and the bay, but they are still visible from the far corner of the property. The house was very spacious, well equipped for our vacationing 4 couples, and the location in Princeville was awesome. We had all the windows open all day and some evenings, and the location was quiet and private. Management was very responsive - they quickly answered our questions before our arrival, and quickly resolved a maintenance issue while we there. The hot tub and pool were well maintained. There are two new washers and dryers in the garage, which came in very handy for our stay. The not so great: The bedrooms upstairs all had issues. Except for the downstairs master, the other bedrooms are just not very private. The room with twin beds is sandwiched between the "mountain view master" and the queen bedroom. There is no other access to that room except through one of the other two bedrooms. The "mountain view master", which is the bedroom pictured with the sofas and ceiling fans, is a LOFT. There is no door to this huge bedroom, which was very disappointing. The access is an open stairwell from the TV room downstairs which is also next to the garage/laundry room door. We had to chase folks out of the TV room when we went to bed, and anyone going to the garage to do laundry woke us up. The owners should really consider walling this stairwell up and installing a door at the top of the stairs, which would transform the loft into a really comfortable suite. Despite our annoyance with the loft situation , we really enjoyed the property.

My family must have said 100 times what I was thinking as I sat awaiting take off “ I really hope the pictures of the house and the views are really just like that” ... Well few things in life exceed your expectations but Jeff and Shana’s home does just that, it is sheer perfection.. it blew us away. The views up and down the Na’pali coast are surreal. The sunsets are mesmerizing.. and it’s in YOUR backyard! Back from the beach jump into the pool to chase the sunburn away and then slip into the hottub with a drink and watch the sun melt into the pacific... it gets no better than this. The neighborhood in Princeville is fantastic and everything you need is within a few mins drive. The home is beyond comfortable, Jeff and Shana have thought of everything that you might need to be comfortable. They were always accessible prior to our trip to ask questions to about Kauai and the surrounding area. Staying in this home you will need and want for nothing. You are in the heart of the North shore , the physical beauty of the mountains and beaches are breathtaking. Mahalo Jeff and Shana for making our vacation a dream come true! This house is great, very large and comfortable. We were there when hurricane Lane was supposed to hit and it rained for 4 days straight, which is very uncommon for August, but even in the rain, we enjoyed every minute. There is a screened in dining area where we ate and played games with the sound of rain and views of the ocean - it was an experience I will always remember. We usually stay on tunnels beach where you have to drive 20 minutes to the nearest store or restaurant, but the roads were closed because of the flood in April 2018, and we ended up loving Princeville! We could walk to get coffee in the morning, or to eat at the Hideaway Pizza, Happy Talk Bar, the St. Regis, or the Princeville Country Club. And the grocery store was only a few minutes drive away. The best part was the views from the house! It sits on a bluff right above Queens Bath. The ever changing ocean colors and cloud formations are breathtaking! The only thing that others might not be crazy about was that you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the twin bed bedroom. It wouldn't be a problem if you have kids, and it really wasn't a problem for us since we had only 4 couples. If you are considering Princeville, You will love this property!!

How can you not be relaxed with that amazing view! The location is fantastic, right on the overlook above Queen's Bath with great oceanfront views and Bali Hai in the distance. The house is located on the end of a cul-de-sac conveniently close to everything, yet very quiet and private. I've stayed in other homes in Princeville and was really bothered by road noise, but it's not an issue here at all. The backyard is fantastic for swimming, relaxing and enjoying the sunset. We grilled several times and cooked a lot, the kitchen has every gadget and appliance you could possibly need for doing so. The house is very clean and well maintained, and has plenty of room for more than one family while still having plenty of privacy. It's nice to have a King bedroom with private bath downstairs for those who can't easily handle stairs. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms, 2 King master suites with private bathrooms, a Queen with private bathroom and a kids room with 2 twin beds. I also like the fact that there are two living room areas downstairs with large TVs, in case the kids want to have movie time in one room and the adults want to watch something else in the other living area or relax with the view. The managers Jeff & Shana are very welcoming and easily available if you need anything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to vacation in the Princeville area. You can't beat the price especially when compared to the hotels in the area, and avoiding the crowded public pool or busy restaurants is even better! I will definitely be returning to this property.
