We had a great stay at this property! The view from the deck of the mountains was breath-taking. The condo itself was in excellent condition, modern and was fully stocked with the kitchenware needed to prepare and serve meals. You can't ask for a better location on the island - north shore. We would highly recommend this property as a great place to stay when visiting the island of Kauai.

We didn’t spend much time at the resort or condo as we were out on adventures everyday. Lots to see and do here.

The condo was great, easy to find in Princeville. Everything was very clean and well equipped with beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and beach mats. Lots of fans and opening windows and doors, with screens, which were great for staying cool. The shared BBQ and pool/hot tub area were very nice. It is a condo complex so there was some noise from kids, neighbors, and maintenance equipment, to be expected. The only real issue we had was that there was no cable television for the first few days of our stay and when cable was installed the channel selection was very limited. Yes, I know, it's Hawaii, go to the beach, don't sit inside! Some may want to catch a game every once in a while. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. Thanks for the great stay!

We traveled with another couple. We had a nice time with the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax in the evenings. Would be nice to have 4 more bath towels to take to the pool and 4 more beach towels so we didn't have to wash them every day. A light over the stove is really needed for cooking. Great location on the north shore. Thanks for the outdoor closet with beach chairs and a cooler! We would stay here again.

The place was great, only complaint is the original condo we were assigned to was occupied by other tenants...was quickly rectified and we moved to another condo of like details

Everything we needed in a home was there. The property is very well kept, .Kitchen was big enough for a few of us to work together. Kitchen, dining and living room are an open concept. We didn't get to the pool because we were checking out this whole island. But the pool did look very inviting. This condo was a place we called "home" and let us relax and enjoy. We were a ways off from a lot of things but didn't mind the drives. It's beautiful every where on this island. There is a grocery store within a few minutes if you like to cook at home. Do try this rental out!

We had the most amazing time, the condo was perfect for our 4 person party. We loved the pool/hot tub and made great use of the grills. The location was great for us and we really enjoyed a place that felt like “home”. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Jeff & Shana were extremely easy to communicate with and made our first "HomeAway" experience a spectacular one! The condo was nice and clean and had a welcoming island vibe. It was also priced extremely well compared to other rentals on other islands. The bedrooms and bathrooms had beautiful views as well as fans to keep the condo nice and cool. The kitchen was clean and had all appliances needed for our 6 night stay. All the accommodations were outstanding and we will DEFINITLEY be renting this condo again on our next trip to Kauai. Also- great space for surfers wanting to surf Kauais NS in the winter swells as the patio has plenty of space for at least 10-15 boards and is close proximity to all the killer NS surf spots!

We arrived late at night and found our accommodation and the key to get in with no trouble thanks to the email from Jeff and Shana. The place was clean and roomy. We didn't find a need for air conditioning as the breeze through our window was nice. Other reviews talked about a storage cupboard with beach chairs but we couldn't find that. It would've been helpful if either Jeff or Shana had met us the day after we arrived to explain things like the wifi and what was available. We never did figure out the TV but after contacting Shana about the wifi and feeling like we were bothering her, we didn't try to call again.

The Condo setting was very peaceful and quiet for us to stay at after having spent 4 days on Oahu. Everything in the condo was in great running order and it was a great setting for three senior adults. It was easy to get to different tourist areas on the island and making plans to do at least one tourist area was easy to do in our rental car. The driving was easy to do with the roadways not being too crowded, except for the evening rush hour, from 4 to 6 pm around the various small towns and hotel areas. The pool area and hot tub was great but due to the pool not being heated, we only used the hot tub. The small towns, north of Princeville were easy to drive to and had interesting restaurants and sights to see. We were glad that we had chosen this condo to stay at. The two bedrooms and two full baths were very spacious and comfortable. There is a grocery store within a mile from the condo and easy to get to. Would suggest this setting to two couples, or small families.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location just a mile from the grocery store and a few restaurants. Nice pool and large hot tub. They also sell ice at the pool which was a nice convenience! The condo was very clean and well maintained. New beds, comforters, and furniture throughout. Crisp, white, clean, beach feel. Balcony was nice and had an okay view of the lush greens of the island. There is a very nice tv but it took us a while to figure out how to work the remote. There is NO air condiotioning and it is on the second floor so it does get pretty warm. The ceiling fan in the living room is nice and strong which helps. However, in the bedroom it is a terrible fan that barely circulates the air. The windows are on the side that doesn't get a breeze so we were pretty warm at night, even with the extra fan we found in the closet. Also, the bed is very hard. We both woke up throughout the night each night from being uncomfortable. We had stayed at one other condo before this so we were shocked to arrive and find zero condiments in the fridge or even salt and pepper. Not a deal breaker but just something to know. They do have 4 camping like chairs and a cooler in the storage room. If you want the low Tommy bahama beach chairs you will have to rent them elsewhere. That being said it really was a beautiful condo

We spent six days in this condo located in Princeville. The place was clean and welcoming. Close to the local strip mall, beaches and hiking trails.

Wow..! We were really impressed with this Beautiful condo and Expertly maintained resort. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The Bedrooms were gorgeous and the Living Room Sofa as comfortable as it gets. My husband LOVED the Large Curved Flat Screen TV in the Living Room. We enjoyed our mornings listening to the song birds while drinking our coffee on the balcony. This condo is centrally and just a few minutes drive to all the AMAZING north shore beaches. Don't miss Hanalei Bay & Kee Beach. The grocery store and little shopping center is just a mile away. The resort has the cleanest pool and jacuzzi all set around tropical plants, it is really nice. Don't miss the outdoor shower at the resort pool or the 2 gas bar-b-que grills. Thank you Jeff & Shana for the great stay. We are already planning our return.
